Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging with all accessories.
Cases Involving Return or Repair
Returns or repairs are accepted in the following cases:
- If a wrong item was received.
- If the product arrived damaged or was damaged due to handling or delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, installed, or damaged by misuse.
- Products without original packaging.
Warranty Terms
- The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts only.
- It does not cover any damage caused by misuse.
- The warranty does not cover minor aesthetic defects that do not affect installation or performance.
- The warranty does not cover unauthorized modifications or repairs not performed by authorized service centers or licensed technicians.
- Some simple products, such as sheet metal, may be considered repairable in their original condition.
Refund Process
