Shipping & Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs in the event of a return or exchange.

• Additional charges, such as restocking fees, may be deducted where applicable.

• International orders and custom/special orders are non-returnable. Arabian Adventurer.

Refunds

• In case of approval, the refund will be issued using the same payment method or as deemed appropriate by the company.

• The refund will be processed within up to 30 days from the date of receiving the product.

• The refunded amount may take 1 to 7 business days to appear in the customer’s bank account, depending on the bank.

• The company reserves the right to deduct any applicable costs or fees, if any.

General Terms

• The company reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return or exchange request.

• The company also reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the stated conditions.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. They can only be used for purchases through the channels of Arabian Adventurer, and the company is not responsible for any loss or misuse of gift cards.

• This policy is subject to amendment by the company at its discretion and in accordance with applicable regulations
